Musclular legs- slim down.?

My legs are quiet muscular and i want to slim them down. Ive started 2 jog/run for about 20-25 mins for 3-4 times a wk and i walk for 30 mins for about 2x a week.Is this helping me slim down my thighs and legs or is it just making them more muscular?!

Jogging may be counter productive if you are trying to actually reduce the muscle bulk in your legs. You may want to try exercises that will reshape the muscles, say yoga or pilates - something that may stetch them more. As far as making muscle smaller, I don't know - that is just my guess. imo, ask a personal trainer. Good luck, just be careful what you wish for, many would probably give an arm or a leg (no pun intended) for your legs.
