My friend is currently on a diet and so far he has already lost 40 pounds. He now weighs about 150 ish. Basically, everday he just jogs for like half an hour to an hour. Also, he eats only like 50% - 75% of what he usually eats. And it just can't be one thing. You have to eat a little of everything. Like maybe a few vegetables, a little meat, a little bread, and a little fruit. Just don't eat as much as you usually do. Just enough so you don't feel hungry, but not so much that you become full.

1- No junk food AT ALL- that means no eating out, if you must eat out, try to eat the low fat meals, cuz I know there are times you just can't avoid eating out. OR just eat half the food you order.2- Drink lots of water- don't drink soda or juices, some milk is okay, but try lower fat milk and not too much as it can be a lot of calories.3- NEVER skip meals4- Eat breakfast everyday, at least a 300 calorie breakfast to start your metabolism. Do breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Try to space it out over three hours at a time so you aren't hungry. This will keep your metabolism up. Snacks should be fruit, cheese, veggies, nuts, etc. Stay away from too many carbs.5- You can go to the store and buy those resistant weight sets that work with your body, don't buy a set 5 lb weight or something, you will never really build muscle that way.6- Running is great, start out slow, try to walk/jog for 15 minutes, then after you are comfortable with that, add more time and don't walk as much, try to jog a whole mile.7- if you have the money invest in the gym and maybe a personal trainer for three months so they can show you the right ways to work out and weight train, I did and OMG it helps so much! If you can't afford a trainer, look up online how to build muscle.Good luck I've been working out on my weight since May and I went from 230 to 210 so far. But I'm going slow. My goal is to get down to 135.

Simply, stop consuming anything that contains carbohydrates and/or sugars. Enjoy some physical activity every day. Running, jogging, walking. Anything that works you into a decent sweat.Exceptionally fast weight loss will occur. The second you start consuming carbs/sugars, however, you will gain weight instantaneously. Beware.

Well First Off U Should Know That Losing Weight(However Much) Is Hard So U Gotta Be Persistent & Determined Because U Can Get Real Discouraged Easily When U Don't See The Weight Drop Off Drastically.1) Drink All Water & Low Calorie Drinks Such As Propel, Gatorade, Powerade, & Thinks As Such. Don't Get Hundreds Of Calories Just By Liquid Intake. 2)Cut Out The Majority Of Sweets Or Salty Things That You Don't Need Because I Know Healthy Stuff Is A Little Pricey & May Not Be In Your Budget So If You Have To Eat Salty Foods Or Things As Such Don't Eat Large Quantities Of It. The Way I See It Unless You Don't Have To Have The Food Regardless Of The Calorie Intake(Such As Fast Foods) If U Can Only Afford That Then Cool Eat It But Don't To The Cheesecake Factory & Get 2 Pieces If Cheesecake. Cause If You Have Money For A Carefully Planned Diet, Then, Why Not?3) Burn More Than U Consume. Since U Would Need To Burn Thirty-Five Hundred(3500) Calories 2 Lose A Pound. I Would Suggest 500 Calories a Day Which Is 1 Pound A Week( You Can Still Exercise Hard Enough & Lose 20-30 Lbs A Month For The First Month Or Two Then You Gradually Start Slowing Down Your Weight Loss) . At That Rate U Could Get Your Goal Accomplished In A Good Fist Couple Months Maybe A Little Longer Without All Those Gimmicks & Diets You Don't Want To Go On.4) To Lose Weight U Could Go Outside & Run, Stay Inside & Do Crunches, Pushups, Run In Place, & Etc. . It's Numorous Things U Could Do But U Would Know What U Wanna Do Better Than Anybody. Just Pick Your Hobbies Whether It Be Anything From Boxing To Jump Roping . Because If You Just Go Running Or Something & Don't Have Somebody To Do It With Or Have An Mp3 Or Something You Will Get Bored Or Something & Not Want To Do It Anymore. Whatever It Is Just Make Sure Your Moving & Burning Calories5) & Last Of All Maybe Every Once A Month If You See Good Progress Eat An Item Or 2 That U Enjoy Because If You Just Eat Healthy & Nothing You Enjoy You'll Want To Stop So Indulge In An Item You Like Every Once or Twice A Month But Don't Get Carried Away & Destroy All Your Good ProgressGOOD LUCK

I've lost a lot of weight (about 20 lbs now) using a program a www.sparkpeople.com . In your question, you ask for the quickest way. Do you want the quickest way or the way that will make a long term change so you won't gain the weight back? If you want quick, get rid of the foods with sugar, etc. like everyone has suggested. But if you want to change your lifestyle, and lose the weight in a way that will ensure you don't gain it back, try this website. Yes it takes longer, but that's because if you are only 18 and weigh 220 lbs, there might be a problem with your mindset, or your diet. They also have an exercise program that can be tailored to whether you have weights or not. If you want to join there, let me know, and we can keep each other accountable and encourage each other.... |
