Limit your fat intake (especially saturated fats), and sugar. No fried foods either. Drink plenty of water too. Also do some strength training. Keep in mind though you can't spot reduce.

I know its winter right now, but swimming is one of the best overall body workouts! If you can find an indoor heated pool this would be a great start.

In addition to what u ar already doing, drink a glass of water with lemon juice(natural) first thing every morn, then stop night meals completely. try to eat your last meal before 6pm. it helps a great deal.

It sounds like you have water retention problems and are storing extra weight where it is not required. The most important aspect of a DIET is to understand the real purpose of FOOD - and that you consciously eat for health, rather than to please the taste buds.Exercise is good, but frequent, direct and heavy massage of the affected areas will help stimulate circulation, which shall help the blood remove toxins.Keep your DIET as clean as possible, with as few refined foods, sodas, etc as you can.We put on weight as a form of 'seduction' slowly falling asleep and are not really fully aware of what is happening and shedding the weight is more 'difficult' becasue it requires you to awaken from the slumber that seduced you into putting weight on in the first place and on staying awake.
