Why am I sneezing after I exercise?

For the past 2 weeks, I have been sneezing uncontrollably and my nose has been running for about 24 hours after my cardio class. At first I thought it was just the shock to my system of going out into the cold after being so warm, then I thought that maybe my wet hair was letting too much heat escape, but I've adjusted my routine to make sure neither of those things was happening and I am still sneezing. Any idea?

When You Stretch And You Are Sensative You Sweat And The Sweat Controls Your Body And Makes You: Sneeze Cough Or have blury vision for at least 30 munites.. it depends How Long You Stretch Oh YEa MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
