Ok, I am a 29 yr old male, and I have gained 30lbs in the last 7 months total weight is 208lbs. back to the gym time..So I start off slow for a week then I really hit it hard this week. My trainer smashed my legs (figurative) then the next day I did chest, next day back and arms. During the phase where i was focused on my back I was finishing my pull downs and bam it hits me. Anxiety attack. Now I had taken a protein shake, creatine, omega cuts, and multi vitamin, but all I had to eat all day was two quick hotdogs (not my usual diet was in a rush). So essentially I was full of supplements no real food. Afterward I had myself convinced I had water inotxication cause I had 60 ounces in an hour...not the case. I felt very spacey for the next 2 hrs very panicy and jittery. I haven't had an anxiety attack in 6 years...weird. Blood sugar, supplements, over did it????

Call your doctor and report this ASAP...It could be a heart issue....Alot of so called anxiety attacks can be heart issues or chemical imbalances or any amount of things going on in your system.....They can do the tests and blood work etc and let you know what is going on.....Good luck
