| actually, you don't need exercise to get a good belly, but you do need a good nutritional plan.And trust me, no matter how much exercise you do, if you don't eat right nothing will happen. Go hire a dietitian with a degree, he/she can help you out. |

| cut your calories in half, itll make you loose weight all together. try yoga to strengthen your back so you can do low impact workouts, if nothing else just walk more.calorie cutting is hard and it takes work but its easy when you get use to it, i just bought low calorie foods like pragresso soups; their like 110 and ive lost about 6 pounds this month and i dont even exercise. |

| Try belly dancing - you don't have to roll around on the floor if you don't want to. It'll strengthen your abs which are a serious support to the structure of your back. And it's fun!! |
