| I eat six small meals a day and in between I do short exercises. For example I have oatmeal for breakfast at 8:00am and then between 10:30 and 11:00 I do 15 minutes of jogging on treadmill....then i have a snack..then another snack..then 15 more minutes of jogging..is this okay or should I do 1/2 hour at once? |

| Well, when I run, I don't go by time, I go by distance.So instead of running 15 minutes or whatever, I just say "I'm going to run 2 miles", and however long that takes me, is how long I run for... |

| It's fine, but you're going to burn out quickly. I suggest NOT going more than 15 minutes at a time or you WILL burn out quickly. Just make sure you keep the calories up--maybe around the 1500 range. With so much exercise, you're going to need the energy. |
