25 push ups, maybe. But I'd recommend more ab work, using a variety of movements. Here's a link for you to try: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm

No one can effectively answer this question for you because everyones body is different. It sounds like a relatively low intensive exercise regimen if you ask me.I would start here, then increase the duration and intensity weekly. Also remember that if you want abs to show, you also need to loose fat. Muscle strengthening workouts are not as effective for this as cardio. Alternating the two daily will help immensely.

that doesn't sound like too intensive an excercise program, to be honest. if you want to see results quicker, you might want to up the ante.for toning muscles, push-ups and sit-ups are great. you also may want to look into Pilates, it really worked well for me. but in order to see those toned muscles, you'll need to burn fat, and the only way to do that is through cardio, such as running, which you're doing. if you're already thin, with a low body fat percentage, and you just want to tone and build your muscles, then yes, sit-ups and push-ups are fantastic. you just might want to start working on building up the number of repetitions.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at http://www.thin-weight-loss.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

Variety of exercise is the key I have found. For example..an exercise called Mountain Climbers.Mountain climbers are done by starting in a pushup positionand then shuffling your feet in and out so that your knees aremoving in under your chest and then back out to startingposition. It sort of resembles climbing a mountain but flat onthe floor. If you want an advanced version, you can also shuffle your hands 8-10 inches forward and backward inaddition to the leg movements. This really makes it a fullbody exercise and MUCH more difficult than standard mountain climbers. After finishing each exercise, rest about 30 seconds beforestarting the next exercise. Rest about 1-2 minutes aftercompleting each "tri-set" before repeating. This will give you one of the best ab workouts you've ever hadwithout even doing any direct ab exercises. You'll see what Imean after you try it!Once you get away from the myth that a 1000 crunches and 500 situps a day is all you need to do for great abs, then amazing results can be seen. There is a completely free 65 page ebook about exercise, nutrition, abs and stomaches in particular at http://www.projext.co.uk that you can download (no catch!) and it is excellent. It helped me greatly.
