what is the easiest way to get a 6 pack? i work out at least 3-5 times a week but all i really do is stuff like bench, curl, and push ups. ive seen an improvement on my abs like when i flex i can see a 6 pack showing. i would like to not have to flex for my 6 pack to show what would be the easiest way besides doing crunches and sit-ups cause i hate them. would running help?also will protein shakes help or make it worse?what should i be eating?would l-glutamine help or make it worse?whoever can answer all those questions gets best answer and dont give me any bs like oh go to the store and buy a 6 pack or somethihng like thatalso im looking to get that "ripped" look im not trying to get big so when i bench and curl should i do a little weight alot of times or alot of weight a couple times?i heard that protein shakes will make me big is that true? cause im trying to stay skinny just trying to get ripped and what did i say about that "go to the store" thing lol

Eat lite and healthy 5 to 6 small meals a day. Protein shakes woulnt hurt as long as you put the protein to use.

Working out enough isn't the problem. You have a 6 pack, it's just covered in belly fat. To get it to show, you have to lose the belly fat through dieting. So, cut down your consumption of fatty foods. |

1. Six packs are 75% about what you eat and how much - you have to get the fat off your belly and be lean in order to have a six pack. So, step 1 is eat right and clean.2. Protein shakes are supplements. As such, they are only necessary if you are not getting enough protein in your regular diet. You'll have to look at what you're eating and figure that out. They can make it worse, if you are eating enough calories and ALSO taking protein shakes - then you may actually gain fat.3. L-glutamine is also a supplement. You don't need it, and you shouldn't take that stuff unless you know what you are doing.4. Running would help because it burns calories.5. Over and above diet and exercise, you have to work the abdominal muscles, just like your biceps, to make them bigger and more defined - so you have to do abdominal exercises and add weight to your abdominal exercises over time. Do the Roman Chair, leg lifts, sit ups, crunches, decline situps, hyperextensions etc. Work your back too - that will help your abs.6. Do squats - if done properly they not only work your legs but your abs too.

the first and most important step is to stick to a low fat diet, if fat is covering your abs, they will never show without flexing, protein shakes will only stop you losing weight, and its best to do lots of reps with light weights if you want to avoid bulk it also helps you burn more calories , this should be enough to make them show without having to flex.
