| Since having my baby I want to lose at least 10 pounds, 15 would be nicer and I am going to start walking on my treadmill again daily and doing some exercises...I am wanting to take one of the above diet pills to help me not be so hungry until I get used to not eating so much. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these and which one worked best for you? Please let me know and I know diet pills aren't the best thing for you but I just need something to help me get started on my diet and stick to it...thanks!! |

| After I had my baby I wanted to get back in shape like you do . I was doing treadmill daily + yoga . The most important is to incorporate it somehow into your daily routine, thats how you set yourself up for success and get results . I did not used any of the products you mentioned above, but my girlfriends are loving hoodia, they are very satisfied with it .
