| as never had to. now im 38 and getting flabby with some increasingly bad eating habbits. i dont eat loads i just have choc bar every day marmalade on brown toast for breky a pakit of crisps and sandwhich 4 luch and a healthy meal 4 dinner often i just have soup. im quite shy so dont like goin to gym etc and have 3 yr old at home. always tired so find in hard just goin for a walk. also how can i loose weight but retain my bust size ? please can you give any suggestions?, thankyou |

| Just diet, loose the white bread change it for wholemill or pita break wraps. Stop with the crisps, ur at home have a pasta salad or grilled chicken for lunch insted of all this bread!! It will work, cut out the bread you see it dropping off!! xx |

| You need to cut out all the fatty snacks and exercise, even a little bit a day, a walk with the 3yrold in the pram. Diet and exercise is the only healthy way to lose weight. |

| First of all..good for you for quitting smoking...if you can do that you can do anything!As for weight loss...1. get rid of the chocolate bars2. 3 squares is not the best approach...eat the same amount, but spread it out throughout the day...this will speed up your metabolism. (You can find more on metabolism here: http://www.1-800-metabolism.com 3.get rid of the white stuff...replace anything white with whole wheat (pastas, breads etc.)4. watch your portion control...those soups may be loaded with calories...the reason weight wtachers, lean cuisine etc work is because of portion control.5. sign up for free weight loss tips via the internet...you'll get lots of info to help in your weight loss, but it will also work as a motivator..here's a site a recommend: http://www.1-800-weight-loss.com |

Try a different way of eating. Like changing you chocolate habit and not doing exercise. Its great for you to stop smoking. Try dieting with eat a lot of vegetable and fruit especially cereal. Take dairy and meat product 2 - 3 times in a week. Please, take exercise regulary. You can soing exercise by doing house chores and outside activities such gardening. Its nice to have a beautiful garden of yourself especially if the garden has a swimming pool. You kid will like it.  |

| Slimming world is great, its a healthy eating plan they say DIET stands for Dare I Eat That!.Its the best eating plan for people who like chocolate or a drink NOTHING is ban.You won't believe how much you can eat. |
