| Yes, I've lost weight from walking, walk for about 45 minutes on a path, or something, and you'll probabally loose about 1,2,3 pounds a week. |

| Yes, I have! I couldn't tell you how much I lost cause its been quite a few years ago. I used to walk 4-5 times a week for atleast 45 minutes to an hour with my sister. I also tried to balance that out with a moderately healthy diet. It worked out very well for me. I look back at pictures from those days and realize how good I looked. I really need to get back at it again...thanks for your inspiration!! |

| yes.. any activity will help you lose weight.. try & walk fast (power walk) & do it for atleast 20 minutes at power pace.. so walk to work or school if poss instead of taking the car or bus & that will make a big difference to your weight within a very short time.. try & not eat rubbish & your well on your way to changing your shape... the more often you do walk the more effectively you'll shed weight. |

| I lost weight by walking. In the summer I would go out and walk for an hour three times a week. In the winter time I do it in my basement on treadmill. Walking is very good aerobic exercise. Check out following article to learn more about walking: |
