I skateboard pretty well, but I can not ollie very high because of my weight. I eat alot of junk food and sit around all day playing Guitar Hero. I am 13, and I am about 5'5, but I weigh around 164 or 165...How do I lose alot of weight? I can not stop eating junk food, and it runs in my family(We all eat junk food and pig out alot) and I HATE running, so what is a great way for me to lose about 35 pounds in about 2 monthes so I can skateboard again? Its alot harder than just saying 'Diet and Exercise'3 times?!? I've walked at least 2 miles a day for the past year(Not including Summer) and I have probably lost 6 pounds, but gained it right back. Walking isn't going to help on this one.Tim- You are showing u are not getting anything from me, big guy? nice and plump? I have a weight problem, but Im not one of those kids that is morbidly obese and gets teased for being extremely overweight.I know its hard for me to do this, but I am extremely determined to do it.

Well first of all you need self controll over the candy intake your not going to loose weight eating junk food. I know how you feel my family is the same way but i managed to brake away from them and eat my own foods. Being your only 13 ask your mom if she will buy you food for you only. Tell her what you want to achieve and explain you need to start eating healthy. maybe she will see your success and want to join in the fun. haha You need to eat 6 meals a day but they should be small meals maybe 200 calories to 300 calories. Then you need to burn all of them. they way to weight loss you burning more calories then your eating. Exerise with cardio such as Running biking Roller blading (haha i know you might not want to roller blade aka fruit booter) haha I use to be one. but ya just Diet and exercise and you will start seeing resultsgood luckEdit**Quote "1) Set a goal of 3 pounds a month."3 Pounds a month is a little ridiculous. Shoot for 2 to 3 pounds a week. its healthy and also not dangerous

Quick weight loss is very unstable because your body goes into starvation mode. Your body will regain all the weight that you lost if you lose it that quickly. You must be patient. Here is what you should do: (1) Set a goal of 3 pounds a month.(2) Officially allow yourself some fun foods. Being strict will just make you neurotic when you see, smell or think about your favorite foods.(3) Go on a high protein, medium fat, low carbohydrate diet. Medium fat is a better idea than low fat. The mitochondria in the cells needs fat to burn energy. A medium fat diet will give you a better metabolism.(4) Walk 3 times a week. You must officially schedule in the walking on a calendar.(5) Every morning, after breakfast, decide exactly what you are going to eat for the rest of the day and stick to it.

In between eating the junk food try & mix up your diet. So eat a bit of dairy, salad, vegetables, nuts, cut out the sugar e.g. drink zero coke instead of regular coke. Walk or ride a bike to school instead of catching the bus; use the stairs instead of the elevator. Take up a sport like football, table tennis or wrestling. Drink at least a quart of water every day. Go for a 40 minute walk before breakfast & don't drink fruit juice for breakfast - have a drink of water instead. Slowly drink a glass of water before you go for your walk. Do this every day of the week for two months.

Listen... It's physically impossible to lose 35 lbs in 2 months at your age unless you completely changed your diet and got a little exercise. Here's some homework for you... Look up the words: "trans fat,""processed foods," and "preservatives." You'll find out why you can't lose weight. All of the processed foods you eat have fat that you can't digest and preservatives that keep you from losing weight.Look at the ingredients of the food and soda you're eating and drinking right now. I'd be willing to bet the following ingredients are listed: Partially Hydrogenated ____ Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Monasodium Glutamate (MSG), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspartame, Sucralose, etc. THOSE ARE CHEMICALS YOU'RE EATING. THEY'RE NOT REAL FOOD! Surprised?BTW, DIET-anything or FAT-free things have the most chemicals of all!!!I know this is a sensitive issue, so no disrespect.

Just want to tell you that "diets" don't work. They are just a quick fix.Try going to a weight watcher meeting. I have been on the program a while, and it really works. They teach you how to eat, and what to eat!Just go to www.weightwatchers.com & find a meeting in your area.Hope this helps!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. You can go to http://www.get-diet-thin.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
