Is that the only way to lose weight effectively? I don't have enough time or energy to every day. I can't take diet pills or anything, but I'm cutting down on calories and fat.

wow in order to burn a pound a day you need to burn 3500 calories...i dont know if thats healthy...the best way is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. i know it seems so little but it adds up in the end...and it stays off...you dont wanna do it too quickly cause when you get off your diet you are gonna gain it back quickly and maybe even more.... yes cut calories best way...a good idea is to keep a journal like a little small notebook with you and write down what you eat...try to include some exercise that's another easy way to burn more calories to achieve your weight goal...good luck! =)
