im pregnant .. and im happy with my pregnancy and im not willing to do anything that might harm my baby .. its my 15th week now . b4 i got pregnant i was 72 kg .. ( which means over weight ) and when i planned to lose weight i figured out i was pregnant .. now am 79 kg !! its still my 4th month .. but am really gaining weight the doctor said its not coz of the pregnancy !! coz usually ppl only gain max 4 kg in their 1st 4 months !! .. anyways im planning to cut fat food .. and have lean healthy meals for both of me and my baby .. but there will b less fat and crabs except those quantities i need for a healthy pregnancy .. im also planing to excersise an hr each day on the treadmill !! .. is that good enough .. i mean is it good for both the baby and me !! or have u got any other suggestions ??

It certainly sounds good, just don't reduce your calories too much, since the baby needs those, too. And the treadmill work will be great, especially for giving you an easier birth.I assume your doctor checked you for fluid retention, which would be a not so good way of gaining weight.

sounds like a good plan, although i would be keeping your protein up though eating lean beef, lamb, meaty fish.A hour on the treadmill may be a bit much to start out on, i would only be doing 20 min max on the treadmill. With doing some free weights because you can burn a decent amount of energy with just doing some gentle wights rather than spending a whole hour on the treadmill, doing that for a few days and discouraged .

I would start with 20 min on the treadmill since you aren't used to doing it. After a week or two of doing it then you can gradually add more time. This is so you aren't putting too much new stress on your already stressed body. I would suggest getting a yoga for pregnant women video. It will give you a low impact workout and will also increase your flexibility which will help during child birth

it is said if u have been exercising before u get pregnant u may exercise through almost all the pregnancy. but as u said u never have been exercising. u really, really should consult a doctor. if u re overweight and not used to exercising u may have a miscarriage. and starting from 1 hour on a treadmill while u re pregnant if u have never stepped on it before is absolutely out of question. u may start 15 min in moderate speed. and check how u feel. good luck. do not start before u consult a doctor
