| I can't run the whole time, I can do like 20 min cardio and then like 10 min walk.. then maybe 5 min run then 2 min walk etc. |

| could you push yourself to do 30 mins running then like 15 walking, 5 times per week |

| You should run an hour a day or do as much as you can. Any exercises is great and you r doin fine. |

| your gonna tire ureslef out, tryin running for shorter times something like 10 mins run, then 3 min walk. then repeat with a 10 min run and 3 min walk. Or i guess u can continue with ure schedule but run every other day istead of 6 days continuously. |

| it's not a good idea if your trying to build up stamina or train for a marathon or something, if your just trying to burn calories and drop a few lbs it's not a problem (unless your already normal weight trying to get into low level body fat%), it's probably a better idea in the LONG run though, to run as much as you can without stopping then walking the rest of the way, so you build up stamina, so one day you can start doing HIIT sprints, or just being able to run the whole 90 minutes. |
