| I really want it to go away. I dont like it like when i walk it jiggles a little bit and i dont want it to jiggle at all. Same with my legs im in cheerleading gymnastics and dance so i have big thighs with lots of muscle but i still have some extra jiggle at on the inside of my upper thigh. I would like to get rid of that to but i mostley want to tighten up my stomach i dont want a 4 pack or anything like that i meen i like my size i just want it to be tighter so it doesnt jiggle when i walk? Can you help me? |

| at 13 you still have some growing to do, as long as you don't gain the weight back, that skin will flatten out as you grow. Keep it moist with a good lotion every day, wear a foundation garment so it doesn't bother you with jiggle and wait to grow into the skin. |

| the best way to lose weight is to just watch what you eat. Even if you excersice forever, then go home and eat a lot you won't lose weight. Try to find some healthy food you like. And whenever you are hungry instead of going for candy or something bad for you eat something healthy instead. |
