Well, thats pretty damn good, but I was watching a health expert show, and they said anyone in their teen years, no matter how hard they work out and eat healthy won't lose weight very fast for the first 2 months. So for the first 2 months you will lose it very very slowy, then you will see a difference. Keep up the good work and good luck-BeccaOh yeah and you have to keep in mind, when you work out, you build muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. So you will gain before you lose.

below are a few things I do, I have lost 85 lbs over 5 months, being as I still have over 50lbs to lose & you have 15 lbs some of the suggests may be to hard corekeep an online food diary www.myfooddiary.com is a very popular one, I have been doing the food diary for over 5 months and the shock of the little things you eat is incredible -- making yourself accountable for everything you put in your mouth helps, along with weight tracking you can see trends & work to correct the flawsbreakfast protein powder w/ milk or protein shakelunch small salad - either cobb, club etc....dinner protein powder w/ milk or protein shakethe snacks I do are sugar free jello or sugar free pudding ( the jello is actually lower in calories & fat, so try to stick to it for a snack)2-3 cups of coffee/tea are ok, no pop not even diet pop - lately studies have been showing that artificial sugars are making it hard for our bodies to shed those extra poundsthe fluffy/coffee's add alot of unwanted calories to your daily diet -- cutting those out alone will help tremendouslymy absolute no-no’s are NO bread, Nothing with flour (any variety of flour), Nothing carbonated, obviously No candy or junk food of any kind, & No skipping a meal even if it is a very small meal, eating 3 – 4 times a day is very important when reducing intake & trying to loose weight4+ 16 oz bottles of water (at least) -- drinking lots of water is very important to weight loss calcium, vitamin C B12 E, multi-vitamin, fiber -------- these supplements are very important as you are cutting back your normal food intake, they will help you keep your energy level up exercise 45 - 60 minutes a day, or at least 3 times a weekhelpful side note --- remove ALL temptation clean your house of all junk food, candy, heavy carb foods - basically anything you should not eat, should not be in your reach -- clean out your office space as well, avoid the office areas which usually contain the fatty/junk foodsyes these are hard things to do, but if you want to meet your goal it will be well worth it
