run run run ! ! ! ! running will melt the fat off! you need to do a lot of cardio exercises such as treadmills and cycles everyday. at the same time you need to watch what you eat, because u will not lose the weight just by exercising, you need to stay away from high calorie foods and high carbs such as breads and pasta! also stop drinking soda and juices since they have a lot of sugar and carbs which turn into fat!also, stopping eating after 7 pm helps greatly! eat a couple meals a day such as breakfast lunch and dinner, dont starve urself, nor just eat one big meal a day . . . eat 3 small meals and if ur really hungry in between snack with low fat low calorie yogurts. you will see results very fast if you keep this up! but u just gotta do it right ! also, dont lift weights, since lifting weights will not make you lose fat, it'll make u gain muscle and that will make u look bigger and at the same time u will weigh more...so the secret is cardio exercises such as running on treadmills everyday and dieting with low calorie foods! good luck !

Try the ol del naturale meaing do the natural healthy way. Not the human made pills that humans made which to be human is to make mistakes. Human made products will not make you slim down. It is what you can do for yourself. So either run in the morning or night (the natural way of losing weight) and gradually stop eating the junk food and start eating fruits. Dragon fruit is really good for you.

Losing weight FAST isn't healthy. The weight won't stay off, and you'll regain it fast. You have to take it slow and steady: And you WILL be happy, I promise! Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. Like most people (I'm guilty sometimes!), you've probably brainwashed yourself into thinking that fast food tastes better than healthy food, but that's not entirely true! Try eating more grapes, clemintines, apples chunks in vanilla yogurt (good for sweet cravings!), blueberries, hummus (it sounds gross but it's really not, especially with Wheat Thins or Food Should Taste Good brand whole grain chips! I personally like garden vegetable or tomato flavored), granola, low-fat yogurt, low-fat string cheese, LITE whole wheat bread, 100 - calorie popcorn / kettle corn bags, steamed broccoli with a buttery garlic sauce etc. I also snack on South Beach Diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, they're good AND pretty healthy! And eat SLOWLY. Take one bite at a time, chew completely, then take another bite. If you eat slower, you'll become fuller quicker, and you won't overeat.Incorporate more exercise into your daily life. Take the dog for a 20 minute walk, do jumping jacks while watching TV, do laps around the block, or the house for that matter. Don't let yourself sit down for too long. If you can, get a gym membership. I use an elliptical for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week and it works great for me.And don't eat out of boredom! It's a nasty habit to break, TRUST ME. Whenever you feel like eating, watch a movie with no commercial breaks so you don't have time to get up, call a friend, read a book or magazine, or get out of the house, away from the food. I recently lost weight, about 20 lbs, and what really helped for me was planning my meals. I planned when and what I was going to eat, and made sure the calorie count was 1400. It may be different depending on your needs, but never go under 1200! Whatver you do, don't let yourself stray from your plan. Write it all down or type it out and leave it up on your computer so you don't forget, that's what I do.And don't "DIET". Because the moment you go off your "diet", you'll regain the all the weight you lost quickly, believe me. Instead, make "healthy living choices."You'll never get to your "ideal" body by eating crap food and sitting around, no matter how much you want it to happen. It takes dedication to get the body you want! Make it like a game. How much weight can I lose? Prove it to yourself you DO have the willpower to get what you want. But allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Life is too short! If you restrict your body of all the "good foods", you will one day EXPLODE and eat everything in sight. Trust me!One more thing: Once you do become thinner, DON'T think you can eat whatever you want now! You'll regain all the weight back, which is absolutely mortifying, especially after all the hard work to lose it.Good luck! Hope that helps (:

Sorry you won't like this but there's no quick fix unless you want to unhappily yo-yo in weight for ever (as you say, you've been big before). Stay away from diet pills, they're dangerous unless prescribed and even then are no long term solution. You need a sustainable healthy diet and some kind of exercise. Try to stop snacking or snack on fruit. Cut out carbs for just a few days and make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Putting a little lemon juice in the water can help curb your appetite. Just wean yourself off bad eating habits - processed foods, white bread, rice and pasta. Try to eat more fish, veg and white meat. Lastly take up something to try and make you think yourself slim - thinking about what you can or can't eat all the time will actually just lead to you eating more. And is there some thing else at the root of your eating? Are you unhappy otherwise? Are you actually gaining weight or eating unhealthily? You don't actually say what weight you are - but really you just need to become less fixated on your weight - learn to think like a thin person - eat when you're hungry, stop eating when you're full rather than when you've cleared your plate. Good luck, it's not so hard,a nd i know, i've finally managed to get out of that horrible yo-yo dieting which only succeeded in making me very very unhappy x

look what ever you do...don't be a cheater...diet pills don't last and the weight comes back later ..if it worked to begin with.Don't throw your money away either. What you gotta do 1st is find some motivation...remember this-Ambition without motivations is nothing!Your motivations can be to look like a celeb or somebody else, or fit into a particular size, or go out with a person. Once you find your motivation -find a gym to go to-try to enroll into a local gym where theres lots of people & the people can motivate you undirectly to get results. Now only 50 % of it is your wkout, the other half is what you eat. Eat healthy and nonfat stuff...like vegatables and plenty of fruit, oatmeal, whole grain bread, etc...You've got to balance the two-what you eat and your wrkout routines (remeber to change up you routines every 3-5 weeks and always do atleast 10mins of cardio before each wkout.

HiI completely understand what your going through. I think we all have gone through a time in our life's where we aren't happy with our appearance. I've tried all kinds of pills in the past and while they may seem to work at first, in the long run they do nothing but hurt you. Then I saw this program and followed it. It's not an overnight plan. You WILL have to work at it. But if you follow it and are determined things will start to change. Once you start to notice that change, getting in shape will become an addiction and you will feel great about yourself. http://smgallo78.burnthefat.hop.clickbank.net/The program is guaranteed, but you have to want to make the change and be serious about it...Hope this helps
