if you need to lose weight or gain mass do pilatesif you want to tone and work on flexibility do yogaor if you want to relax yoga can help

If you are looking to get in shape or loss weight i say Pilates defidently, it is faster and more like a workout! If you are looking to relax and clear your mind then i would suggest yoga. advanced yoga (when or if you get to doing that) is so relaxing!I guess it really depends on what you want to do huh?

I love bothI enjoyed doing both at the same time pilates tones and yoga relaxes and strengthens and tones toodo pilates if you prefer western workoutsand yoga if you looking for something different
