I already do 200 sits-up a day. I'm currently 27 years old, 5'6, and 153 pounds. What do you think?

Yep, you just got to keep doing it even if you dont see results. If you keep running you will lose weight.

running is one of the best things you can do. i have also heard though that walking is just as effective and puts less pressure on your body. Try adding some walking into your normal day if you dont have that much time. For example, parking far away from the grocery store. Sounds silly, but all the extra steps add up to burn more calories during the day.

I had a baby 11 weeks ago and this is what worked for me....walking/jogging for 30 minutes a day and doing pilates 3 days a week. I have a video thats amazing! Its Denise Austins pilates and it works wonders! you can get it on amazon.com, I swear by it! The crunches are wonderful for you, but not every single day. Your muscles need rest in between workouts to develop. I also found that when I wasnt eating much, I didnt lose weight..so I ate 3 meals a day and healthy snacks in between and the pounds started coming off. ( I love to eat!) Keep up your cardio and you'll get there! good job and congrats on your baby Smile
