Get a superman costume from Halloween, and wear it under your clothes.

well if you dont want to go to the gym, good luck with anything else. working out and being healthy is the only thing that will get you a 6 pack and bigger muscles...why wouldnt you want to go to the gym? it makes you feel amazing...

It sounds like you might want to go for a weight machine or free weights.

I'm track and cross country guy, so I might have some answers for you. Running really does give you strong legs and is overall very good at toning you (+ it gives your muscular thighs). We did 4-5 miles a day at Cross Country, try 2-3 to start, then work your way up. If you want muscular legs, you could try calf raises. All you do is stand on the heels of your feet, and go to your tip-toes, and the slower you go, the more muscle you will build (mostly in your calves). For muscley-arms, try SLOW reps of push-ups. (the hardest way to do a pushup is to lie on the floor, set you feet up on a chair to angle yourself towards the ground, and put your hands together to make a diamond shape.) If you do as many of those as you can, but slowly, you will build muscle in no time. Finally, I really have to keep up my sixpack for track, because I'm a sprinter, so I do 150 normal crunches, 150 reverse crunches, and 150 oblique crunches, once a day every day. These exercises are pretty tough, but if you do them you'll get all of the things you asked for in the question in a short amount of time. Good luck, but make sure you have fun too!
