okay... pilates, tai-chi, yoga???? are they good for me??? will they help me to lose weight???? do they increase my flexibility???? any extra information on them would be greatly appreciated!!!! thanks

yes, yes, and yes. However, take it slow. All three have a learning curve, so it should be fairly easy for you to not over-do. All three are beneficial for health, weight control, and flexibility. All three can be enjoyable, but you might prefer one of the other two. I recommend finding a class that will allow you to sample each one so that you can determine which one you like better.

Slim in 6. My sister has been doing them and they have killed her lol. Her abs are looking pretty good too!
