| okay... pilates, tai-chi, yoga???? are they good for me??? will they help me to lose weight???? do they increase my flexibility???? any extra information on them would be greatly appreciated!!!! thanks |

| yes, yes, and yes. However, take it slow. All three have a learning curve, so it should be fairly easy for you to not over-do. All three are beneficial for health, weight control, and flexibility. All three can be enjoyable, but you might prefer one of the other two. I recommend finding a class that will allow you to sample each one so that you can determine which one you like better. |

| Slim in 6. My sister has been doing them and they have killed her lol. Her abs are looking pretty good too! |
