| I am 6'0" and 150lbs.I have a thin frame and I am very athletic and workout about 5 times a week.With my frame I appear to weigh around 135lbs.What are some particular programs, supplements, vitamins, or a combination of them all that I can start to add 35lbs of muscle to my frame in a safe way.I am very determined and am not looking for a GET BIG IN 2 WEEKS scheme but something that make take a while but will ensure success.Any help, suggestions, recommendations will be greatly appreciated.Thanks! |

| You ought to try out some weight gainers. They're usually in powder form. You can get those (lots of different brands) from places like GNC, or vitamin stores. If you're working out as much as you are, that weight gainer won't make you get fat, you'll eventually build muscle since they have a real high protein content. |
