| I am doing weight watchers...and I exercise 4 times a week for about an hour..I am kinda on a plateau.....I need something to kick start some more weight loss. |

| Not sure if it's healthy losing that much in just a few weeks. I say keep doing what you're doing and let the body take care of the rest. The worst thing you can do is set a time table because, when that isn't met, people usually go back to their old and destructive ways. So just keep doing what you're doing. |

| Keep up with the exercise and diet...if you work out enough your body will look so good so why worry about an exact number of pounds...as long as u look and feel good!Have a Merry Christmas!! |

| without knowing your stats its hard to say.You can loose a lot of water weight if you havent been dieting long. Depending on how overweight you are, 2-4lbs per week is considered healthy weight loss.You also have to consider fat loss vs muscle loss. Not enough protien in your diet along with excess cardio may cause more muscle loss than you want. Remember muscle weights more than fat. Try not to think of the number of scale pounds you want to lose. Focus on your health and what you see in the mirror as a guide. Also you can try carb cycling to see if it helps (high days, low days). Also the meals that are usually laid out by south beach and weight watchers are generic. You need to see your overall goals and base your macros off that to achieve goals quicker.Good luck with your weight loss. |

| it is healthy to lose 2 pounds a week so if your losing weight the healthy way your looking at about 6 pounds off by Christmas which is pretty damn good. |
