| i'm looking for some reviews from people who have tried or know someone who has tried hydroxycut. i've tried many diets and exercise techniques, but i find it very hard to drop the weight i would like.i've seen commercials and other forms of advertisements for it, but i didn't want to buy it until i asked around.i'm 19 and am looking to lose about 15 or 20 pounds. so, would you recommend hydroxycut as a suitable weight loss product, or is it an unhealthy product i should stay away from? |

| I would stay away from them. I am a female fitness model, and I tried Hydroxycut, but felt jittery, nervous and had heart palpitations after 3 days. The doses are so high, I can't imagine how I would have felt if I hadn't stopped immediately. ...and it scared me. So I threw them out.Honestly hon, the best way is to make small changes, over time. Drink lots of water, exercise more, train with weights, cut out junk food....I know it's so repetitive, but it works. Don't mess with your health. Even if you did lose a bit of weight...at what cost? Your long term health? And the weight, you'd gain back anyway, 9 times out of 10. Do it the right way. Maybe subscribe to a fitness mag, (I love Oxygen) to keep you motivated. But stay off that shit. It's not worth it. |
