The quickest and most permanent way to lose around that much weight is to have your head chopped off! ONLY JOKING.Psyche yourself up and eliminate all obvious sugar products for the next few weeks:Refined sugarBiscuitsCakesSweetsSnacksEtc,Use honey as a natural sweetener instead:Raw honeyClear honeyDrink molasses instead of coffee.Drink 60% fruit and vegetables and raw foods - 40% cooked meals.Drink around 300ml of water for every 10kg body weight - 1 glass before bed, 1 as soon as you awaken and the rest throughout the day.Putting on weight is 'easy' because we are seduced by our eating habits. Shedding the weight is perceived as 'harder' because it requires conscious awareness.Use a reward system, put a few dollars aside in a jar each day instead of buying treats and then buy yourself that new dress you wanted when you have shed the weight.

if you're used to eating a few large meals a day, eat smaller portions more often throughout the day. when you're runniing your regular errands, dont look for the closest parking spot- park a little bit further away so you get a brisk walk to an entrance. oh and one big thing- dont eat an hour before you go to bed.

Lets put it straight. Losing weight is not that hard, You will never hear me say that it is. All it takes is dedication, motivation and hard work. There are some fairly simple changes that will greatly improveRelaxation, stress and strain never allow people to be slim.Exercise, for 30 minutes fast walking or jogging.Do not use any medication. I do not think any one is scientific. All the best. And ya, do not forget to eat 5 fruits per day and green leafy vegetables!
