| I already know about health problems with extreme weight loss, also my moms a nurse but am 20 so am a adult.If the eat only tuna idea doesn't work do you have any?I want to lose weight for me it gets boring being fat. So please no ideas of cutting limps,surgery,ect.Just crash,fad,unhealthy diets that results in fast weight loss.Thank you.Plus I need to lose some weight its not like am 90 pounds wanting to lose more.so if tuna is not so good then what should I try for fast weight loss?Yeah my moms a nurse but one of thoes eat healthy mess thats too slow for me |

| Too much tuna is bad for you. You aren't supposed to eat too much mercury.Then again, too much of anything is bad. |

| Why do you want us to help you lose your health? If your mom's a nurse she will probably tell you that such diets may get you to lose weight quickly, but once you're done you will gain it back just as quickly. So please do yourself a favor, go to a professional nutritionist and get yourself a healthy, sane diet that will not only help you lose weight but also stick to it.P.S - why tuna? It stinks! |

| Tuna contains a lot of Mercury and other poisonous metals, that will harm you when eaten in large amounts. Eating only tuna will help you lose weight but it will not help you Stay healthy. Part of dieting to stay trim is becoming healthy. Maybe this is a hackneyed idea but just consume less food and exercise more and you'll be on your way to the ideal weight |

| As I am sure you already know, we need a balanced diet to remain healthy.Tuna is a great example of lean protein . Fish is great but too much of large fishes [ Tuna ] can be bad for us due to the mercury.You need fruits and veggies , dairy and protein in your diet.If you want fast results, watch those carbs.Very low carbs will lower your weight and may be the boost you need.Remember that as a woman we need calcium too. You may want to take a supplement ?Cut out the junk and never drink your calories or carbs.I wish you the best. |

I have been kinda doing this for a while now, only a little different... i eat two or the square packs of tuna a day nothing on it maybe some Mrs dash since that has no sodium, don't eat lots of sodium that makes you retain water, anyways i do that with all veggies, English cucumbers, bell peppers, spinach, carrots, lettuce, and drink alot of water or caffeine free tea or coffee, when i get bored of tuna i eat salmon with roasted veggies like asparagus or carrots and for a real treat i add 1/2 of brown rice with nothing on it, you just gotta try out different foods, i have done tons of crash diets and now i just mix and match, also for when you are starting out i recommend a flush or fast of some kind, i do the juice Hollywood diet to get rid of excess water, its 48 hrs with only water and the juice but you feel refreshed, it says you can lose up to 10lbs, but i think they just mean if you weigh all the pee you make, it will = up to 10lbs, good to start on a clean system though....for even better results so you don't cheat i also recommend buying that hoodia supplement to get rid of hunger, i love it... i do abuse it and take like 3 when i should take only 1 but i donut even think about food, it really works, besides its only a root how bad could it be? that is really cheap i got mine at Costco for like 23 bucks 90 pills 500mg each, hmmm well i used to be skinny then i broke up with my ex then i started losing weight again... so from 180lbs to 250lbs and i have been doing this for a few months now I'm at 215ish and feel great, don't forget to go to the gym too, it boosts whatever you are doing by like alot, maybe like 3-5x more then just dieting alone, stay healthy and make better choices when you go out to eat, the fat food always sounds better but it wont help you, besides you wanna be skinny right? i work in entertainment and see what models and stuff eat, trust me tuna would be like what fast food is for us, they mostly eat like gum...altoids...water...a cracker...lots of vodka..and drugs, being fabulous has its price, fast food is for fat bitches, that's what got me fat, damn you deltaco and taco bell!!!!! now i just drive by and laugh at all the fat people inside, besides i look hot in my tight jeans. i mean that's how its been for me...everyone is different, keep looking for the stuff that will work for you. well good luck hope i helped some  |

| Start drinking more water... that aids in weight loss.eat ONLY when you're hungry... eat protein and vegi's (like lots of stir frys with chicken or some kind of lean protein cut up and added) If you use frozen vegi's then you get a lot of food for little calories and the bag's of vegi's are cheap... so it works out nicely. If you have the self control and can only eat when you feel hunger and stop when you're satisfied and eat only healthy foods then you will drop weight like you wont believe. But not a lot of people can stick to this. This isnt a crash diet... and its healthy... but it does result in super fast weight loss without risking slowing down your metabolism... plus it provides a lot of nutrition so you will look healthier (your skin... your body... your hair in most cases will grow faster)Plus you have to add some exercise... don't overdo it but getting some cardio and weight training in your schedule will just increase results.Email me if you have more questions.
