Hi i am trying to lose weight and need some variety for b/fast is kelloggs corn flakes with low fat milk ok or will i be adding more troubles to my weight?

Well, they now have "Special K" which is like Kellogg's, but is meant for women who want to lose weight. Look it up, I'm sure it'll work for you.

a good breakfast should consist of a high fibre diet , like special k . sultana bran
