I want to lose weight. I have alot of weight to lose roughly over 100 lbs. Im 17 years old, and i'm worried that i am going to have alot of saggy skin when i lose the weight. Does anyone know if i will get saggy skin, or is it different with everyone. Nothing mean please.

Hey, the trick to losing the weight is doing it gradually so you don't get sagging skin. You really want to be losing anywhere from 1-2 pounds of fat a week and nothing more. This will keep your skin adjusting as you lose the weight. Recommended weight loss books reviews; http://dietsfordummies.comThese books show you how to lose fat gradually and safely!

I am not a big advocate of plastic surgery, but cases like dramatic weight loss are what plastic surgery is meant for. Talk to your doctor and a certified plastic surgeon and ask them what you asked us. You can find out the weight loss strategy that will result in the least amount of saggy skin, as well as surgery options that can correct the skin problem. Best of luck!!!

Well I have lost 75 pounds I went from 210 to 135 and I do not have any loose skin- If you work and create muscle then you should not have any extra skin. I did it the old fashioned way worked out, and ate better by watching my calorie in take. This website helped me soooooo much- try it out! www.sparkpeople.comIt took me about a year and 1/2 and still going strong- you must be commited and want it soooo bad!! As the pounds start to drop you will be so happy and want to keep going because you feel better, look better and have so much more energy!

Here are some of the most effective weight loss tips to help you get (or stay) on track to a healthier, better-looking body:1.Drink ice water. The simplest of the weight loss tips, it helps body burns up to 40 calories just by turning up its metabolism in order to warm the water.2.Have an early dinner so that you have an hour or two to take a short walk after dinner. In between meals, when you feel like eating something, reach out for a glass of water that will make you feel fuller soon.3.One of the effective weight loss tips is while cooking, lower the heat so that you can use less oil. Cut down on the use of hot, spicy foods. In fact, it would be much wiser to eliminate them from your diet. For more effective tips on reducing weight, you can read abt them here: http://weight-loss.best-health-remedy.com/

If you are 100 pound overweight you might have a problem with insulin resistance, it effects 70 million Americans! You might want to check out Glucofast at www.after40weightloss.com (don't let the after40 scare you insulin resistance effects even children) Glucofast is scientifically proven to be effective, is all natural, no stimulants and the company has a money back guarantee. I find there products to be excellent. It has been my experience that if you lose weight slowly while eating properly and doing moderate exercise your skin should adjust to your new body. Good luck with your weightloss plan.
