I'm currently weighing in at about 139lbs and I would like to add about a good 10lbs in the next three months. Not just any weight. Muscle mass. I have a work out plan but I don't have a diet to go with it. My problem is that I work a lot and I school full time. With the majority of time having to eat is on the road, what are some good fast food/deli or restaurants and types of food to order from these restaurants to consume healthy calories and carbs?! Please help!

I work 10 hrs a day and eat out all the time due to the job. Hasn't been an issue for me. The key is to know where to get protein from, which is Absolutely key to building muscle. FishLean MeatsChickenSo I order food that starts with grilled fish meat or chicken. Then I have a steamed or grilled vegetable or two to go with it. There are no real fast food choices out there. You might have to start making your lunch or dinner and bringing it in a small cooler. In a pinch, Ive had the turkey salad at Subway, Ive even ordered a whopper and at it without the bun. You got to real plan ahead in todays world of unhealthy fast food in order to make good gains without the fat.

I recommend that you read this article over at ezinearticles.com called: "Gain Weight, Build Muscle? Follow These 3 Tips and Your Skinny Days Are Over!"Here's an excerpt: If you're struggling to gain some weight and build muscle mass even though you've been eating large meals of healthy foods, then it's time to shake things up. I'll show some simple ways to get your calorie intake up to the point where, with some sensible weight training, your body will be forced to pack on a lot of good weight - and fast too...

Hey ive been trying this 7 minute muscle plan that is not only quick, but it actually works, and if you are limited on time then it should be perfect to you. I to am in school and i play on sports teams and i still have more than enough time to complete this work out plan once a day every day. After a week on the program i began noticing results. Check out the site below for more info.
