|
|
| I began a diet (more of a lifestyle change) last year and implemented a regular exercise regimen. The diet was entirely healthy, I ate from all food groups and consumed about 1400- 1600 cals/ day. After about a year I had dropped 25 lbs and reached my goal weight and could not have been happier, then suddenly found myself having binge eating attacks about once a month. I sort of brushed these attacks off, until they became more and more frequent to the point where they are a daily problem that i must deal with. I find myself eating upwards of 4500 cals/day, and have already gained back 10 of the lbs i worked so hard to lose. The thing is that i was much happier on my diet and excercise program, but feel like a failure and can't seem to find the motivation to get back there now. I have also just undergone a major lifestyle change - moving to another country, and I need help on how to get back my old life. |

| There's a really awesome site that I've been learning from for a few weeks now, it's got oodles of free help and advice and instructs you how to burn up some body fat the true way, without dieting. I melted away 10 pounds in three weeks by doing as they advised http://loseweight103.notlong.com |

| Eat breakfast in the morning. Lunch in the afternoon. Dinner at night. You are likely a stress eater. |

| Well its only the taste you crave for so just say you crave a chocolate bar say its Snickers only eat like 1/2 or a 1/4 of it to satisfy your craving if you eat the rest you will just feel bad. Then after you had your little chocolate and your still hungry drink water or eat something healthy like carrot sticks or almonds to curb your hunger or drink water it works wonders. Its all in the frame of the mind nothing more. |

| bill phillips has a great program called "body for life". you eat good six days a week and one day a week you eat anything you want. this program really helps with binge eating because of your one free day a week. as far as your exercise program goes, just start small like 2 days a week. you will start to get excited about exercise again and will want to workout more. |
