i want to reduce 12 kg weight in two months..suggest me a healthy and proper wieght loss program.

it will take 4-5 months, dont go for crash diet which is very unhealthy. balanced diet and exercise is 100% better than any thing else.

1. Every morning, drink water in which horse gram has been soaked overnight.( Soak 2 Tablespoon full horse gram in 125 ml water). Take 1 tsp of honey in warm water before breakfast. Break fast should be oil/fat free- fruits and fat free milk.2. 11 am take 2 diet biscuits and water melon/lime juice without sugar3. Lunch at 1 pm with plenty of salads and fat free yogurt. Cucumber/White radish(after scraped and cleaned) shredded and taken with curds and salt helps a lot in losing weight.4. 4pm lemon tea without sugar and biscuits like cream crackers5. 7 pm. Whole wheat bread or rotis 2 numbers with dal and salads. Any fresh fruit other than banana,chikkoo.Nothing after this. Go for brisk walks every day for 30 mins in the morning and at least 20 mins in the late evening. Or aerobics every day.Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water everyday.Early to bed and early to rise is a great help too.
