|
|
| I want to give Isagenix a try (first the 9 day cleanse, and if it works, then the 30 day one), but I don't want to stay on its products forever. I want to lose 30-40 pounds. Is it possible to maintain at least most of the weight loss given that I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly after the Isagenix programs? Thanks! |

| If you are attempting to shed weight, it is urgent to appreciate that it cannot be done efficiently overnight. There are thousands of products on line. It is best to stay away from weight loss pills, as they almost never live up to the expectations. Many products also promise to get rid of certain types of fat. For example, ab machine manufacturers claim that you can get rid of stomach fat. This is not true. They will not eliminate the fat around the belly. These machines simply strengthen the center muscles while keeping the fat on the surface. Whatever you are attempting to attain with your weight loss goals, keep away from products that sound too good to be true. |

| There's a n excellent site that I've been checking out for a couple of weeks now, it's got tons of free help and advice and instructs you how to burn some calories the correct way, without dieting. I ditched 5 pounds in six weeks by following their tips http://loseweight102.notlong.com |

YESIf you do not return to bad habits. But I do still have a shake for breakfast. They are easy and I really like them I also will do a cleanse day once per month, but it not necessary.I know a lot of people will do one or two 9 days per year. Best of luck!!PSI would recommend the 30 day first. It is a "gentler" cleanse and I find it more effective. |

| Yes you can get rid of those extra pounds with Isagenix, and then keep them gone IF you continue to keep up the healthier eating habits you will learn from your Isagenix Coach.for me I eliminated 40 pounds over three months in the spring/summer of 2006 and have kept that weight off ever since. I do continue to use the shakes - because I enjoy them, but have gone without them (due to travel, busy schedule etc...) and have not put any weight back on.I'd be happy to answer any additional questions, just drop me an e-mail and we can review your concerns.Good Luck |

| Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = ) |
