| I suggest you get rid of all the candy and stick to eating normal healthy meals full of whole grain, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Along with small portions of Lean meat(which tastes better)You need to work out for an obese person I recommend recumbent exercise bike and a pair of good dumbells. Do cardio 3 times a week and work out with the dumbells 3 other times a week preferably rotating.Don't overdo it, but just be disciplined. Exercise does more for us than an extra-30 minutes of sleep. Discipline is the key. Make yourself do the right thing. You are what you eat. So if you eat lean good food you will be lean and look good. |
