I'm young... 18... alittle over weight, not that much, but i would like to really loss some weight, and really like to drop some pant sizes!! What are somethings that i can do to do this and keep it up??I was watching a comercial about this exercise program Turbo Jam? would that be worth it for someone who isn't that much over weight?

Eat more good things (vegetables, fruit, fish) and less bad things (fast food, chocolate) you know. Go for walks or take up a hobby that involves exercise. Diets and gimmick exercise programs have less success.
