| I'm young... 18... alittle over weight, not that much, but i would like to really loss some weight, and really like to drop some pant sizes!! What are somethings that i can do to do this and keep it up??I was watching a comercial about this exercise program Turbo Jam? would that be worth it for someone who isn't that much over weight? |

| Eat more good things (vegetables, fruit, fish) and less bad things (fast food, chocolate) you know. Go for walks or take up a hobby that involves exercise. Diets and gimmick exercise programs have less success. |
