| I recently bought an elliptical to lose some weight! It has timer, distance, calories burnt and speed functions. No heart rate monitor, but can buy one of those watch models if it could help me.I have basically just been going on it for as long as I can, getting faster, in the morning, and at night using it during the tv program and having a break in the ads.I have already altered my diet to remove "bad " foods as much as I can, and am not struggling with that part, but the exercise part really gets me.I am starting swim club again soon, so will be ellipticalling in the morning and on weekends.Is this OK? Any suggestions to maximise weight loss?Thanks a lot guys! |
