I rely on my dumbbells primarily in my daily workout. I use them for my biceps, triceps, shoulders, extra resistance in my lunges, squats and crunches. And I use them for chest and back exercises. I just bought a yoga workout mat today because I don't like working out on my rug. And I'm buying one of those yoga workout balls. Are there any other things I should look into purchasing for my daily workouts? I want something, like, a stepladder or mini step to work my legs, particularly my calves. Or is there a cheap stationary bicycle I can buy?I can't afford anything over 100. So I'm not looking for fancy workout equipment like a treadmill or a bow-flex. Oh, and I have running shoes btw.
