Should i do any cardio with weight tranning....If so will it affect my gains.I am going for the dexter jackson and probodybuilding look and usally i do about i hour 1 and half of boxing one a week and walk 2 km to the gym 6 days a week will this take away from my gains?

No cardio will not burn away your muscle unless you are doing incredible amounts of it. It is best to do the cardio after weight training if you have to do them together, otherwise, do it on different days.High intensity interval type training is great to burn extra fat and increase cardiovascular fitness really quickly. It is also a lot more fun (though more painful) than long slow cardio.Check out this website for more info. It is not a bodybuilding site as such, but the cardio section provides heaps of different ideas for doing cardio at home or outside to get out to the gym environment all the time.
