| I ate 500 calories. (for now)Will this burn enough of it?5 minute bike ride15 minutes walk20 minutes of stretches (till I feel the burn in my thighs, hands and abs) |

| It depends on what your weight is. The heavier you are the more calories you will burn. This does not sound like enough cardio though. I don't think strecthing counts. Try doing any type of aerobic activity for at least 30min to an hour. |

| noway - it takes about an hour on the threadmill, powerwalking on incline to burn 500kcals. |
