I ate 500 calories. (for now)Will this burn enough of it?5 minute bike ride15 minutes walk20 minutes of stretches (till I feel the burn in my thighs, hands and abs)

It depends on what your weight is. The heavier you are the more calories you will burn. This does not sound like enough cardio though. I don't think strecthing counts. Try doing any type of aerobic activity for at least 30min to an hour.

noway - it takes about an hour on the threadmill, powerwalking on incline to burn 500kcals.
