| You don't need heart monitors, just run your body will tell you when your heart rate it high. |

| heart monitor are not the trust worthy while jogging. caz you are exercising and your heart is working more than its scheduled rate and it is constantly pumping. as a result of which your heart beat will increase and the heart rate monitor will show high reading. so it is better to use the heart monitor before jogging or a while after jogging for accurate reading. best consult some physician he will help you in this regard with more detail |
