| i have always had a sort of pooch at the bottom of my stomach like right below my belly button and i would really like to be able to flatten it out. its not like huge but the rest of my stomach is normal. i love my body but sometimes it will frustrate me when i wear tight clothes.are there any simple stretches or exercises i can do to help it? and how long should i do that exercise and how often? i dont have a bar that i can use and i am a teenager so i wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha. all answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and used any exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results? |

| an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week. |

| Do you eat a lot of processed foods, meat, dairy, and packaged or fast food.(i.e. contains white flour, sugar, hfc's, hydrogenated oils?)?If you eat this stuff normally it will build up on your colon and give you a poochy stomach.Eat more fruits and veggies and fiber-ful foods and you will probably see a flatter tummy.Hey pilates rock!
