| half a days walkingabout 1 - 2 hours running1 - 2 hours swimminghalf a day aerobically or less, depending on what you are doing |

| Depends how much effort your putting in to each exercise.Walking / Running / Swimming, your burning Kcals every minute. So the more effort your put in, the more Kcals your burn - You go for it! |

| 1 Kcal is the same as 1 calorie, did you mean 1000 Kcals/calories? If so this would need you to jog at 12 miles an hour for about an hour and 10 minutes. |
