Okay so i have a really bad sore throat, headache, and my body aches so bad. i think its because ive been pushing myself too hard lately with running..and if i feel a bit better like i could push throught the pain, im going to run 2 miles.i ran 4 miles on wednesday, and thursday i was sick and went to doctors. said i have a virus. so i didnt do any exercise at all yesterday. and today is friday, and im still sick. but i NEED to do exercise, because ive already ate a whole lot today...i just cant go another day w/o exercise.so far ive had a WW muffin, 100 cal fat free yogurt, whole wheat bread sandwich with turkey and little mustard (150 cal), an apple, veggie crisps (140 cal), and a 90 cal WW bar.so in all ive had 800 calories already.i dont want to go over 1200 calories today.what and when should i eat?should i have a lean cuisine penne basil pasta (220 calories), and steamed veggies on the side?i have a feeling id still be hungry after that though...what should i do.plase helpim 116-117, 5'5'', and 17 yrs oldoh and on top of my own running/exercise ive had practice 3 hours for 4 days a week

First of all ...i think you have an eating disorder..Second of all you should eat soup, because it is low in calories and it will make you feel better

I think your over-working yourself.Too much exersize isnt a good thing, especially if your sick.If you still feel you should be moving, WALK a mile.As far as what should you eat, just have some fruits and vegetables.A serving of fruit is only about 50-100 calories and vegetables are only about 30.Or, have another yogart. You can even make a smoothie (with fruit, milk, and yogart). There was a smoothie in Health magazine (1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup berries, 1tsp honey) for only 70 calories.Good Luck :]
