| These last couple of day's i've been doing 10 minute pilate workouts on my carpet lol. I haven't had any problems, does not using a mat make a difference w/ your results?THANK YOU [: |

| Mat is just there for comfort of your hands and knees. carpet is cool if not too rough for you. |

| The classes at the local Gold's gym are preformed on a wood floor. Even though that floor was built with special padding to make it more flexible you'd still need a pad for more comfortable support. On carpet you're likely OK. If I had a pad I'd use that on the carpet as well for added comfort. you know from doing those movements often you're laying on another body part with a lot of your own weight, even if only briefly, it's good to have support. |
