Ok so i asked a question about 2 days ago about how i loose weight one answer said go onto you I'm ( instant messaging ) and get a coach she said she did this and it helped she got someone who could help and on I'M they told her what to do and they chatted a bit and then she would go for a 60 minutes walk and come back and the person would Tell what to do next if you interest add pob96@yahoo.co.uk im ONLINE NOW

That sounds like a good idea. I need some one to 'coach' me too because otherwise I forget to exercise *sigh.Hey, maybe we can both coach each other, like you said, except we BOTH tell each other to go exercise or whatever.Edit: What the guy said below me is partly true. It does take discipline on your part, but other people can still help you by encouraging and guiding you...that's what trainers do. So if you're interested in coaching each other, send me a message and I'll be more than happy to do it =)

You can't have a pacifier all your life, the only way for you or anyone is changing your life, there is no diet plan in the world that works, a 60 minutes walk will increase muscle tone that is heavier than fat cells, then you drink a glass of water and your weight is higher than when you started but you begin to look like arni, what will you do when your coach is gone and you are left to your own devices,i am not trying to put you on a downer, you have to become a nutrition master its not hard, just look at what you put in your mouth as fuel, and what each different fuel does to your body, you know what is good fuel and what is bad fuel. everyone does. the only person that can help you is you good luck.
