I'm 5ft 6, 120 pounds and really want to lose 10 pounds by november. i eat really healthy (1000 calories a day), walk 15 miles a day on weekdays and run for 30 minutes most evenings...is that good enough?what could i do to get more toned arms and legs? also could anyone tell me the benefits of green tea?

Why do you want to lose weight?!5 6 and 120 is like the PERFECT weight/height combonation.Im sure you looks beautiful!and im almost the same. 5'9 and 126 pounds.so im sure you look like me, and im most def. a runner, and comfortable with my body. im sure you do not want to be 110 pounds, you would look sickly.

you NEED 1800 calories just to survive. if you want to be healthier, eat more fruit and veg, drink lots of water, get enough fibre, and exercise (half an hour of moderate exercise per week is easily enough) if you want to tone up, join a class such as kickboxing, or start swimming. but your aim certainly should NOT be to lose weight.
