| this is actually true. a stronger core is beneficial in several ways. it will help with the leg Kick as well as the push off. having abs also means a low body fat index . this means a lean toned runner. |

| yes i also ran track in school the stronger your core and stomach muscles are you could run fasterIm not gonna give you some B.S. | You will do everything better if you have a strong core. Your core is all muscles around your torso. You need to build up those muscles, so you can be faster, and heathier |
