| I have been walking the last few days cause i want to lose a little weight. I have a step counter and it says that I've been walking 4 miles on my morning walk, and than through out the day I walk another 2 1/2 miles just around the house. how many miles should I really be walking in the morning? Does the 2 1/2 miles really count, cause I'm cleaning when I'm walking those? |
