| Ive been loosing weight for a while now, all together ive lost 1 stone. I go back to school in 7 days and I want to look good, plus i'm turning 16 and having a party and want to look great. I dance a few hours everyday 5 times a week and after dinner i go walking for 35 mins. I eat low calorie bread in the morning, lunch i have porridge and a bowl of fruit and for dinner i have a low fat dinner. And i do lots of crunches every night. But this week i put on weight somehow. HELP. |

| Judging by what you've provided- it seems that the weight added 1. could be water weight or 2. could be muscle- remember that muscle weighs more than fat |

| It sounds like your on the right path, honestly I don't think I'd be able to see a 3 pound difference if I were your school mates, but I understand it probably matters a whole lot to you and you'll feel better with out those 3 pounds. Anyways, you will have your off weeks, have you tried weighing yourself at the same time everyday? Because depending on the time it's different, not sure if this is true but I've heard what you weigh in the morning is your actual weight. Also try not to eat after 7. |

| Add some protein into that diet. Too many carbs slows weight loss by inducing an insulin spike.Don't stress over three lbs. it isn't going to make all that much difference in your appearance anyway. |

| Well I'm currently trying to lose weight and i have lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks by eating healthy and playing soccer for 1 hour everyday |
